MEDICENTER is a health application that allows you to digitize and store your medical tests on your mobile phone so that you can take them with you wherever you go.

You need to download MEDICENTER, create your personal account and then start using it:

Step One: Digitize your medical tests.

  1. Upload your past and present medical tests from your library, or simply take a photo of any health document you have.
  2. Organize them into folders. You can save them in predefined folders or create new ones.
  3. And you’re done! All your medical tests are digitized.

Step Two: Share your information.

  1. Select the file you want to share: a document, a photo, a folder, or your entire medical chart.
  2. Click Share and choose how long you want to share it: 1 hour, 24 hours, or permanently.
  3. A link and QR code are generated and can be scanned with any phone.

You need to log in www.medicenter.com and click on the Download buttons. You can also go to Google Play and Apple Store.

No. It is completely free and always will be.

Yes. Here are some of the special features MEDICENTER has to offer:

  • Create and manage accounts for loved ones who do not have access to MEDICENTER.

  • Record daily health data of interest to you, such as blood pressure, weight, height, temperature, and more.

  • Set alarms to remind you to take your medication.

  • Set alarms to remind you to visit your doctor or other healthcare professional.

  • Explore daily health tips that interest you the most.

MEDICENTER helps you digitize and unify all your health information so you can take it on your phone wherever you go. 

With MEDICENTER, you have quick access to all your information, and you can securely share it with whomever you want, for as long as you want.

MEDICENTER uses various security measures to protect the application and its content from computer attacks by third parties, in accordance with industry standards and the legal requirements applicable to the type of information being processed. 

Before sharing your information, we recommend that you review the third party’s terms and conditions. 

No, you can only access your MEDICENTER account from your mobile phone.

No, an Internet connection is required to access your MEDICENTER account.

You must log in to MEDICENTER from the application and click on “I forgot my password”. After completing the required security steps, an email will be sent to your MEDICENTER-associated email address to reset your password.

You need to log in to MEDICENTER from the application and click on “I forgot my username”. After completing the required security steps, an email will be sent to your MEDICENTER-associated email address to reset your username.

You must log in to your MEDICENTER account, go to MY PROFILE and click on DELETE ACCOUNT. Once your MEDICENTER account is deleted, all your information will be deleted and you will not be able to recover it. You can learn more about this in the “Privacy Policy”.

Yes. Medicenter is compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems.

Yes. You can contact technical support by sending an email to info@medicenter.com.

If you lose access to your device for any reason, no one will be able to log in to your MEDICENTER account from your phone, as MEDICENTER will ask for your 4-digit security key or scan your biometric data each time you log in.

Yes. You can log into your MEDICENTER account from multiple devices, but remember that your MEDICENTER account is personal and non-transferable.  You can learn more about this under “User Terms and Conditions.”

Yes. MEDICENTER is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

To create an account in MEDICENTER, you must register in the MEDICENTER system by providing your e-mail address, first name, last name, date of birth, username and password.

No. MEDICENTER does not make backup copies of its users’ medical tests.

Any processing of sensitive data by MEDICENTER shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 25.326, Decree 1558/2001 and/or the applicable personal data legislation of the Argentine Republic. You can learn more about this in the “Privacy Policy”.

Whenever you decide to share your information, you can choose to share for 1 hour, 24 hours, or permanently.

No, this is not necessary. By simply swiping their phone’s camera and scanning the shared QR code, or by entering the link you send them, they will be able to view your information for the period of time you choose.

You have to log in to your MEDICENTER account, go to INTERACTIONS and click on VIEW HISTORY.

Yes, you can create accounts for your loved ones. To learn more, go to “User Terms and Conditions”.

Use of MEDICENTER by a minor must be supervised by a parent, guardian or legal custodian. The Application and the Service may only be used by persons who are of legal age and are not legally restrained or otherwise prevented from exercising legal acts, rights and/or obligations.  You can learn more about this under “User Terms and Conditions.”

You can digitize any type of test because MEDICENTER supports any type of document, such as images, videos, audio, PDF, Office documents, etc.

Yes. You can organize your medical tests in MEDICENTER by date and by test type.

Yes. You can delete any document you have saved in your MEDICENTER account.

Yes. You can edit any document you have saved in your MEDICENTER account.

Yes. It is possible to print your medical tests from MEDICENTER. You have to log in to your MEDICENTER account, go to MY PROFILE and click on “Print my medical chart”. You can learn more about this under “User Terms and Conditions.”

You must log in to your MEDICENTER account, go to MY PROFILE and from there you will be able to edit all your personal information.

No. There is no limit to the number of documents you can store in your MEDICENTER account.

Yes. The size limit for uploading files to MEDICENTER is 100 MB.
